We guarantee the quality of all items sold on our site. In accordance with current distance selling legislation: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods unharmed if the packaging has not been opened and without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

After receiving and checking the goods, we will carry out the exchange or refund within 14 factory days. We reserve the right to reimburse you for return shipping costs. The goods must be carefully packed.
Damaged or already used goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This also includes scratches and signs of wear and tear on the packaging and label.
