5.3 At manual Payment the customer has to make the payment manually, i.e. himself, depending on the agreed payment terms.

5.4 Generally the prices remain unchanged, so the prices apply on the day the subscription is ordered . In individual cases We reserve the right to adjust the prices over the subscription period.

6. Contractual penalties for early Termination
