Beyond Nutrition – Ambassador and Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Thanks for joining our Affiliate program. 

1) Joining the Program

By applying to and participating in the Beyond Nutrition Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate”) agree to these Terms.

Participation does not create any employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Beyond Nutrition.

2) Promotion & Attribution

  • Affiliate shall promote Beyond Nutrition using your personal affiliate link and/or unique coupon code provided by Program on a regular, weekly basis on his/her social media accounts, blogs or other online platforms.

  • A sale is attributed to the Affiliate when a customer completes a purchase using your link or your code within the applicable tracking window (cookie time).

  • Program uses a cookie to track people who have clicked on Affiliate link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.

  • Double commission for the same purchase is excluded.

  • Program may exclude or reverse attribution for cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or duplicate orders.

3) Commission, Affiliate Network & Payouts

  • Affiliate earns a commission on the net order value (excluding VAT, shipping, discounts, and returns) for tracked sales via your link or code.

  • The commission rate, payout schedule, and minimum payout threshold are as shown in your dashboard or as otherwise communicated.

  • If Network tab is activated, Affiliate can invite others to become their downline affiliate. If any downline affiliate brings order to merchant shop, upline affiliate will also get network commission which depends on merchant settings.

4) Legal Compliance, Taxes and Liability

  • Affiliate are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations in your country of residence, including but not limited to tax filings, social contributions, health claim compliance, advertising rules.

  • Affiliate must present Beyond Nutrition products accurately and responsibly in alignment with all applicable regulations.

  • The Affiliate is solely responsbile for his/her own actions. Beyond Nutrition is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5) Brand & Logo Use (Limited License)

  • Program grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Beyond Nutrition name and logo (“Brand Assets”) only to promote our products and values under this Program and only while you are an active Affiliate.

  • Affiliate must follow any brand guidelines we provide, do not modify the Brand Assets, and do not imply partnership beyond this Program.

  • This license ends immediately upon termination or suspension of your participation, any Brand Assets must be removed within a 14 day time window upon request from the Affiliate social media and other channels.

  • Affiliate may not register or use domains, handles, or ads that impersonate Beyond Nutrition or contain our trademarks in a misleading way.

  • Program may share promotion medias such as banner, logo or specific collection promotion to you through Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share onto affiliate channels.

6) Acceptable Promotion

  • Acceptable promotion are communicated via the UpPromote platform.

7) Termination, non-Compliance, Liabilities & Changes

  • Program may suspend or terminate your participation at any time.

  • Affiliate agree to refrainfrom any legal steps against us.

  • Affiliate may leave the Program any time if he/she has fulfilled his/her obligations as set out in section 2.

  • Prgoram may update these Terms and affiliate program conditions; continued participation after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

  • Program reserves the right to charge the full amount of the free or discounted products provided to the Affiliate incl. a 500€ compensation/penalty fee and any other direct or indirect costs in case the Affiliate does not fulfill the terms and conditions as mentioned in this agreement.

  • Beyond Nutrition is freed from any liabilities that might result in fulfillment of the this agreement by the Affiliate.

9) Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Courts of Luxembourg City or Diekirch have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise decided by Beyond Nutrition SARL.
