No, registration is not necessary. You automatically collect points with every order. However you need to register in order to redeem your rewards.

As soon as you place an order with us, you will receive the corresponding points on the order value. On the basic level you get 50 points for every 25€ order value. You get more points on higher levels.

This happens automatically. As soon as you have collected the corresponding points, you will move up to the next level.

You can view your points and Tier allocation in your customer account. If you have not yet created a customer account, you can do so at any time and view your balance directly.

Your points will be reset to 0 if you do not place an order within 12 months, however you never lose a Tier once you achieved it.

The explorer, master and legend levels offer additional subscription discounts up to 5% on top of the standard reduced subscription price. You need to place an order for a subscription and use the bonus code during the checkout to claim the extra discount. Contact us if you want the extra discount applied on an existing subscription.
