Why protein isolate?

There are different types of Whey Protein from milk powder, whey concentrate (WPC70 or 80), casein to isolate (WPI). Whey Isolate is known as the most purest protein containing low fat and low sugar.

Is it suitable if I am lactose sensitive?

The product is low in lactose (<1g/100g) and verified by laboratory report. It still contains milk and low amounts lactose, so it is not suitable for people with milk allergy.

Can I use it for cooking?

Yes. It can be used in shakes, smoothies, yoghurt, oats and high-protein recipes.

Can I combine it with creatine?

Yes. It combines well with Creatine Monohydrate or CREAPRO® as part of a strength and performance routine.

How many shakes can I drink per day?

It is generally recommended to consume about 0.8g of protein per kilo bodyweight per day. To support strength training and maintenance of muscle mass, 1.2-1.6g are recommended.

For elderly people, it is recommended to consume up to 2.0g

Is it very sweet?

No. It is designed to be smooth and lightly sweetened with stevia, without the overly sweet taste common in many protein powders.
